What do you tell yourself, you have to do — before you do — what you need to do? It sounds something like this, “Can’t work out today. Need new tennis shoes. Can’t get to the store until tomorrow. My hair appointment is tomorrow. Can’t cancel that. So, maybe the day after tomorrow — will be a good day — to pick up new tennis shoes. That is, if there’s any money left over from my paycheck.” If that sounds familiar, what can be done about it? My personal belief is that — everything in life — boils down to priorities. For example, if health is a priority, you’ve got the right shoes, sitting by the front door, and NOTHING gets in the way of your walk. Nothing. Life Is Fabulous.
